Hañsa flow:

Suitable for those with some experience with yoga, dance or body awareness through movement. This is a small group class that uses the therapeutic foundations of the Hañsa yoga system to cultivate skills that enable us to embody grace, poise and ease of movement. Traditional yoga ‘postures’ or ‘asana’ are reflected in dynamic flowing sequences that create opportunities for you to explore habitual movement patterns and the restrictions these can create. Learn how to experience easeful, smooth movement that enables ‘in-the-moment’ insight, adaptation and freedom.
