Yoga therapy - for a happy back

A targeted yoga class that will help you:

  • Look after your spine

  • Prevent or manage restriction or discomfort:

    • Upper back & shoulder pain

    • Lower back pain

    • Sacroiliac pain

    • Hip pain

    • Stiffness

  • Develop awareness of movement patterns that can contribute to pain

  • Experience a range of practices to balance stability and mobility where you need it most

  • Develop coordination and ease in movement

  • Learn self-care practices to support the health of your back

Each course of classes will help you identify movement patterns that may be habitual, yet detrimental to function in the sacral, lumbar and mid-thoracic spine.
