Therapeutic yoga - for a happy back

If you want to learn how to look after your spine, prevent or manage feelings of discomfort or restriction around the lower or mid-back area this class is for you. Awareness, movement, release and strengthening practices are introduced progressively over each 6-week course to help you identify movement patterns that may be habitual, yet detrimental to the balance between mobility and stability in the sacral, lumbar and mid-thoracic spine. Learn how to identify and avoid unhelpful ways of moving and create functional support patterns that enable awareness, adaptation, coordination and ease.
