This small group class introduces gentle yoga-based movements and rehabilitation practices in an accessible way to help you improve mobility and gain stability in all the right places.

Classes includes standing, seated (chair based) and supine (lying down) movements but avoids the flowing transitions between positions that can be difficult, or feel clumsy if your movement is restricted.
