Non-communicable diseases like cancer, autoimmune disease, heart disease and type 2 diabetes are on the rise each year. When it comes to chronic disease, the healthcare system is great at prescribing medications, but often miss, or underestimate approaches to holistic lifestyle medicine that can be implemented along side contemporary medicine to help prevent disease, manage existing health issues and get you back to feeling healthy once more.


This is where a health coach comes in.

A Health Coach uses the latest cutting-edge scientific information in lifestyle medicine including nutrition, exercise and sleep to work alongside you as a partner, empowering you to take back control of your own health.

Sessions

In each 60 min coaching session you choose the area(s) you want to focus on, whether that is to lose weight, improve energy, better manage stress, prevent and/or manage disease and much more (see below).

A coach respects you as the experts in your own life, helping you discover the best routines that work for you and empower you to meet your unique health goals. 

Coaching is effective as it drives behavioural change by connecting with your personal emotions and values that drive and govern your behaviour. With guidance to identify and connect with these you can make the changes necessary to reach your health goals.
