Yoga teacher Natasha Godetz has lived first hand through the many symptoms that come with pain and autoimmune disease from the age of 10. With years of experience and training behind her, she knows the practices that can really help to enhance quality of life when facing any kind of health challenge.
Private yoga includes therapeutic components but if we feel that your needs require input from a qualified yoga therapist we will recommend 1:1 yoga therapy.
