This class integrates therapeutic movement principles to create just the right balance of stability and mobility for you and your chosen activities. Each class has a different stretch, alignment & strengthening focus to keep you moving through dynamic yoga-inspired movement, release, strengthening and awareness practices to help you to play with greater ease, performance and recovery.
