A targeted yoga class that will help you:

  • Prevent, or manage recurrent tension in the neck, shoulders & upper back

  • Recognise the implications of postural habits

Neck & shoulder tension is really common & can lead to:

  • Restriction

  • Discomfort

  • Neck pain

  • Shoulder pain

  • Forward head posture

  • Headaches

  • Upper back pain

  • Arm pain

  • Limited movement

This course of classes delves into developmental movement patterns that will enable you to create freer, fuller, effortless movement, minimise and release tension and…'move well’ without pain. Movement practices develop progressively and are integrated with relaxation breath work (pranayama) and beginning level meditation practices to identify & target tension. Particularly suitable for those with forward head posture, headaches, neck, shoulder or upper back pain.
